TESTIMONIALS
We are so grateful we found Cory to help us and our anxious, high-energy pup, Lyra. We had tried many different training approaches and didn't feel like we were making progress. Cory was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was never judgemental and always encouraging. It's clear Cory has a ton of experience working with pups and she was able to tailor each of our training sessions to Lyra's mood and energy level.
She provided follow up summaries of our training sessions which were extremely helpful to remember and practice the things that we had learned. We (and Lyra) made so much progress over the past few months. We have built a new foundation of trust and communication that is really working! Friends and family have noticed she is less anxious, faster to settle, and everyone loves showering Lyra with hot dogs and cheese treats.
We understand so much better how to communicate with Lyra and how to encourage all the good behaviors we want her to repeat. There is still plenty we are working on but Cory gave us a ton of tools to keep making progress. We never could have done this without Cory (and hot dogs)!— Kristen, Katie, and Lyra
"In a world overflowing with countless approaches and opinions to dog training, working with Cory helps cut through the noise. I chose to work with Cory to help my dog Bella build positive associations with dogs and to learn how to introduce Bella to new dogs. Each lesson came with so many training games and gave my boyfriend and I a great training and communication foundation with Bella that we use every single day. Not only that, but we learned so much from Cory about how to provide Bella a happier life. Working with Cory for 5 lessons helped me learn more about dog training than the 8 years I spent scouring the internet for dog advice, so I could not recommend her enough!" -Tiffany, Mat, and Bella
“Cory has been walking and sitting our nervous dog Quimet since 2021 and her commitment to our shy girl has been so valuable to our family. We’re extremely selective with who can interact with Quimet and Cory cares for Quimet like she’s her own. She was and still is patient with Quimet, offering her plenty of choices if and when she goes on walks. She’s always ready to pivot walks/training sessions depending on Quimet’s comfort level. On a human level, Cory is always on time and communicative about all things a helicopter dog mom needs to know. I trust that she will always have Quimet’s best interest in mind. We also recently enlisted Cory for her training skills to help get Quimet comfortable with strangers in the house and she’s provided us with tons of options that give Quimet plenty of agency. She approaches each session with an open mind and adapts the training plan depending on all our needs. We’re so grateful for Cory!” - Jen, Adam, and Quimet
